Terms & Conditions
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Tempering Foods LLC.
Orders may be placed by phone, email, or approved ordering platform.
Minimum order requirements may apply.
Product availability is subject to inventory.
2. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The price in effect on the invoice date will apply.
Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotion period.
3. Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.
4. Frozen Product Handling
Ice cream and frozen products must be stored at 0°F (-18°C) or below immediately upon delivery.
Once products are delivered and accepted, Tempering Foods LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, freezer failure, power outages, or mishandling.
5. Inspection & Claims
Customers must inspect all products at the time of delivery.
Shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
6. Returns
Due to food safety regulations, frozen food products are non-returnable unless:
Incorrect products were delivered.
Products arrived damaged.
Products are defective or subject to a manufacturer recall.
Approved returns or credits are issued at the sole discretion of Tempering Foods LLC.
7. Product Quality
Customers are responsible for maintaining proper freezer temperatures.
Tempering Foods LLC is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
